Debbie has over 30 years of experience in the executive search industry. Her experience includes search assignments for both public and privately-held companies across industries as diverse as manufacturing, real estate, legal, non-profit, and banking. She has also helped to build administrative departments for some of Chicago's top law firms. Prior to joining CMC, Debbie spent the first ten years of her career in teaching and psychiatric social work for a major healthcare institution in Chicago. Debbie holds a Bachelor's degree in education and earned her Professional Designation in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Sherri has over 30 years of experience in the executive search industry. Her broad background with CMC Consultants includes clients in high net-worth family offices, financial/investment services, manufacturing, major law firms, advertising, and real estate. Utilizing her extensive market knowledge and a consultative approach, Sherri has conducted searches for a variety of executive-level positions, from General Manager to Director of Finance to Marketing Manager. Recently, she spearheaded the re-staffing for a privately-held, fifth generation national company as they underwent major corporate restructuring. Sherri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Missouri.

Jill has over 25 years of experience in the executive search industry. She has an extensive background in project management, having successfully completed searches for seventy sales and marketing positions for a Fortune 500 telecommunications start-up company.
Additionally, Jill has consulted and successfully hired for teams in many functional areas and industries as diverse as non-profit, manufacturing, accounting, engineering, finance, high net-worth family offices, zoological institutions, and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining CMC, Jill served as manager of a temporary recruitment firm in Chicago. She
graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she holds degrees in Psychology and Special Education.

Carol has spent more than thirty-five years in the executive search industry. Prior to starting her own company in 1978, she spent four years with a recruitment firm where she pioneered the concept of on-premise support level recruiting and became Vice President in charge of the development of their Executive Search Division. Carol's diverse client base includes real estate, manufacturing, banking, transportation, advertising, investment services, law firms, and non-profits. Carol holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Fashion Merchandising from Washington University. Her community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Chicago Chapter where she re-vitalized the Corporate Sustaining Membership Committee and secured financial support from Fortune 500 corporations. Carol received the Woman Business Owner of the Year award in 1984. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago.

Heather joined CMC Consultants as an Executive Recruiter in 2010. Previously, she worked as the Director of Sales for the Houlihan's Corporation, where her accomplishments included setting sales records and, in 2006, the opening of Devon Seafood Grill in downtown Chicago. During this time, she discovered a passion for recruiting and hiring as she oversaw staffing for all departments of the restaurant. Heather has brought this drive and talent to CMC, where she has successfully recruited for a variety of industries and functional areas, including marketing, sales, and manufacturing. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas, where she majored in Communications and minored in Psychology.

Joel began as an Executive Recruiter at CMC Consultants in 2010. Prior to joining CMC, Joel served as President and owner of a multi-housing commercial laundry service company for over 30 years, where he maintained an extensive real estate client base ranging from management companies to developers to condominium associations. This experience, along with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University, has provided Joel with interpersonal and organizational development skills that are invaluable to the human resources consulting industry. His recent executive search experience has focused on sales, marketing, and finance positions on a national
level.
